We offer academic, cognitive, and intellectual assessments for adults and children ages 6 and up. These assessments are sometimes referred to as comprehensive psychological evaluations. I have had the opportunity to complete years of additional training in testing and assessment for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity-Disorder (ADHD) in both children and adults. We also offer testing evaluations for mood and anxiety disorders. Psychological testing is designed to aid in clarifying diagnosis for unique symptom patterns and inform treatment planning.
I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology and have completed extensive trainings in a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance-Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have also conducted hundreds of psychological evaluations for children and adults and have been a licensed psychologist for over 10 years.
Individuals of all ages, from children to older adults for testing services. For psychotherapy services focusing on adults only at this time.
We serve people who need help in a variety of areas with treatment for anxiety, depression, attention, relationship concerns, and trauma-related disorders.
We are not currently in network with insurance net companies, but we do accept out-of-network benefits and qualify for using HSA/FSA funds. Each insurance plan is different, and you will need to check with your insurance provider to see what your out-of-network benefits are. We can also help you with determining if your insurance will help with the cost of services.
Some healthcare plans have an Out-of-Network (OON) benefit option in which you can see a provider who is not contracted with that insurance company. If you have these benefits, you may still be able to submit a receipt/superbill for partial reimbursement to your insurance company. Call the customer service number on the back of your card to ask if you have out-of-network mental health outpatient benefits and about the details of what they reimburse.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
If you have out-of-network benefits you can submit for reimbursement from your health insurance, and we provide you with a “superbill” which is essentially an invoice with all the information needed to file for reimbursement directly with your health insurance provider. There are also companies that will file these on your behalf for a small fee or percentage, Mentaya and Thrizer are a couple, but there are several companies that offer this service.
